
Sunday, at 12:30 p.m., there will be a meeting of these ministry teams: Outreach, Children’s, and Youth. Anyone interested in those ministry areas is invited as well. We will be looking at the coming year, dreaming dreams, and setting goals together.

The Sisters of Christ Circle will meet at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 13, in the Fellowship Hall. Childcare will be provided and all women are welcome to come.

Confirmation will begin on Sunday, March 4, for any youth (7th grade and up) interested in participating in the class and professing their faith openly. There will be a confirmands' and parents' informational meeting on Sunday, February 19, at 12:30. If you or your child are interested in participating, but are not able to attend that meeting, please contact Pastor Michael as soon as possible.

On Wednesday, February 15, at 6:30 p.m., Janie Benckert, a diabetic educator and member of Wightman, will hold a gathering in the fellowship hall for anyone interested in learning some nutritional/weight loss basics and setting some goals. On Tuesday, February 28, we will have a potluck dinner. You are invited to bring a couple of your favorite HEALTHY dishes to share, along with recipe cards. We will have a local physician speak that night on living a healthy lifestyle. Dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m.

Everyone is invited to come out for a pancake supper on February 21. Drop-in between 5:30 and 7:00 p.m.

All are invited to begin the Lenten season with a joint worship service with Grace Lutheran Church on Ash Wednesday, February 22, at 7:00 p.m. at Wightman.

Beginning on Sunday, February 26, and continuing through Palm Sunday, April 1, the congregation is invited to gather in the Christian Life Center at 8:00 for breakfast and a short devotion.

All of our adult Sunday school classes are invited to use a study called 24 Hours That Changed the World during the season of Lent. There are accompanying studies for children and youth.
