The United Methodist Women will meet Tuesday, August 7, at 3:00 p.m. in the old Fellowship Hall. Lynda Counts will lead the pledge service. One of Wightman’s members who went to El Salvador will be on hand to tell us about their mission trip. This is the time that members make their mission pledges for 2018-19. Please come prepared to pay your 2017-18 pledge if you have not already done so. Also, don’t forget to bring your reading program forms. Snacks will be provided by Sue Hiller.
All ladies of the church are invited to join us and participate in our mission projects in our local church, state, nation, and world as the needs of children, youth, and women are met in Christian love.
